BMW X HKJC Member Exclusive Test Drive Experience

Date:21- 31 August, 2022
Test Drive Period:11:00a.m. – 6:00p.m.
Venue: HKJC Sha Tin Club House & Happy Valley Club House

1. Test drive experience is available only to registered HKJC. Please register online before 19 August, or register onsite. Quotas are limited and will be available on first-come, first-served basis.

2. Registered HKJC members may check-in at the reception counter at the selected venue during the selected test-drive timeslot.

3. Each registration is limited to one test drive only, with model variant available for selection on first-come, first-served basis. Please liaise with event staff upon arrival to reserve preferred test drive model.

4. Participants must wear a mask all the time during the test drive. Participants who are suffering from any diseases including, but not limited to, fever, coughing, and/or cold/flu are not suitable to join the test drive. BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd reserves the right to reject any symptomatic person to join. Please follow the guidelines from Centre for Health Protection, failure to comply may incur the liability and legal responsibility.

Terms and conditions of test drive:

Each registration can test-drive one vehicle, with model variant available for selection on first-come, first-served basis. Please liaise with event staff upon arrival and reserve a test drive with your desired vehicle. Terms and conditions apply.

  1. Participating vehicle owners must be at least 25 years old, the holder of Hong Kong Identity Card and the holder of Hong Kong driving license for over 36 months (probationary driving period exclusive).
  2. Participating vehicle owners must be at the age within the insurance coverage and not exceed 65 years of age.
  3. Terms and conditions of test drive is subject to the contract terms signed by BMW Sales Consultant and participating vehicle owner on-site.
  4.  Test-drive models may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Notes: 

  • BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd reserves the right to terminate this Program or amend its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of any dispute, BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd. reserve full discretion in the final decision.
  • BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd shall have the absolute discretion to use any photograph, video or any other record of the Event for any lawful purposes including advertising and promotion of the event.
