BMW Loyalty Rewards terms and conditions. 1. The reward campaign is valid from now until 31st December, 2020. 2. BMW Loyalty Rewards is only applicable to owners who have purchased BMW/MINI/BMW Motorrad/BMW Premium Selection/MINI Next vehicle(s) ( “Qualified Unit(s)”) from BMW Concessionaries (HK) Limited ( “BMW Hong Kong”). Upon purchase of the next Reward Unit(s) (including BMW/MINI/BMW Motorrad/BMW Premium Selection/MINI Next vehicle(s)), the owner is entitled to enjoy the BMW Points reward as set out herebelow: 3. The owner for Qualified Unit and Reward Unit must be the same person in order to participate in the BMW Loyalty Rewards program. 4. If the vehicle is registered under company name, both Qualified Unit and Reward Unit should be registered under the same company. Group companies, subsidiaries and affiliates are not considered as the same company to enjoy Loyalty Rewards. 5. The vehicle registration records held by BMW Hong Kong are definitive and conclusive. 6. BMW Loyalty Rewards is not applicable to Corporate Sales Reward offered by BMW Hong Kong to designated companies. 7. BMW Points cannot be used on the purchase of Reward Unit and can be only used on the purchase of the next vehicle/product/service. 8. BMW Points can be used to settle the amount of any vehicle/service purchase in BMW Hong Kong during the validity period including the purchase of BMW/MINI/BMW Motorrad/BMW Premium Selection/MINI Next vehicles and aftersales labour services and parts (please refer to clause 10). 1 BMW Point is equivalent to HKD 1. Any payment of less than HKD 1 settled by BMW Points will be rounded up and deducted as HKD 1. 9. If BMW Points is used to purchase any aftersales services and parts, the services and parts can only be used on the Reward Unit and may not be applicable on other vehicles. 10. BMW Points can be used on maintenance, repair and parts installation services of Reward Unit and not applicable to insurance Excess; insurance depreciation and government vehicle examination services. Car accessories and lifestyle collection items can only be purchased with BMW Point when the item(s) is/are purchased together with any maintenance, repair and parts installation on the Reward Unit. All the above mentioned items must be issued under the same repair order. 11. If BMW Points is used to settle the full amount or partial amount of payment, the balance of BMW Points should be deducted before the second choice of payment is used; if the balance of BMW Points exceeds the payment amount, the remaining BMW Points can be used for the next product/service purchase during the validity period. 12. BMW Points can be used after 6 months from new vehicle registration of Reward Unit and expires in 3 years counting from the new vehicle registration date (e.g. If the Reward Unit is registered on 21st March, 2019, the validity of BMW Points starts from 21st September, 2019 and ends on 20th March, 2022 (both dates inclusive)). 13. If the reward unit is sold to another owner, the remaining BMW Points of that Reward Unit will be forfeited immediately. BMW Points is not transferable to the next owner or other vehicles of the original owner. 14. BMW Points is non-transferable, non-refundable nor exchangeable for cash or cash equivalent. 15. Any modifications on the terms and conditions will not be announced separately. In case of disputes, BMW Concessionaires (HK) Limited reserves the full and final right of decision. BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd reserves the right to terminate this Program or amend its Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, BMW Concessionaires (HK) Ltd. reserve full discretion in the final decision.
